Our Reception Staff & Office Manager
Our Reception Team is made up of 2 full time staff and 3 part time staff:
Louise, Val, Cliona and Linda have vast experience in customer service.At reception they deal with many of your enquiries both face to face and over the phone. They are responsible for co-ordinating the appointments, surgery bookings and patient admissions and making sure that your visit is smooth and trouble free. They are also delighted to deal with any enquiries you may have regarding the best care of your pet. They also, together with our nursing team, deal with admissions to and management of our cattery.
Our team will also advise you in regard to pet insurance choices and in processing any claims you may have for your pet.
Louise Tollman
Louise has been a part of the Gilabbey Reception Team for 14 years. She oversees all of your pet food orders. She has three dogs, Peggy, Hovis and Amber.
Cliona Drew
Cliona joined us in 2007 and works full time in reception. Cliona is responsible for insurance claim management for cases. Penny her Labrador is a frequent visitor to the hospital.
Valerie Levis
Valerie helps co-ordinate our vets and their appointments and owns a lovely bouncy spaniel called Joey.
Linda Daly
Linda is the newest member of our team. She regularly fosters any stray kittens or puppies for us until they get new homes.
Sheila Keegan
Sheila organises our office and our vets! She has the important task of dealing with all the practice correspondence and invoicing.
