	All consultation are by appointment only
	Bring any radiographs, medical details associated with your patient
	Fast your pet from 8pm on the night before your visit. No food is allowed, just water
	We ask for a 50% deposit of the Procedure Fee prior to the any technique being carried out
	All fees must be settled before the patient is discharged from the hospital
	A reduced consultation charge is made for Revisit consultations
	There is a minimum fee for all bandage changes
	All dogs should be on a lead while in the waiting room of the hospital
